What is the repair process?

• A Strip and Quote fee will be charged upfront prior to any repair being inspected. This is refundable on your final invoice if client gives go ahead to repair.
• All repairs are quoted in approximately 3-5 working days from our Head Office in Randburg.
• Repairs are completed in approximately 6-9 working days from client go ahead, dependent on spares availability from suppliers.
• All machines NOT repaired will be returned unassembled, unless reassembly is requested.
• All repairs over R1,500.00 will require 50% deposit prior to work completing.
• All repaired or un-repaired machines not collected within 30 days will be scrapped.
