How do I return a Marketplace product?

Should you wish to return a Marketplace product, please send us an email on [e-mail] stating that you would like to return your Marketplace product.

One of our contact center agents will make contact with the seller and the seller will make arrangements for the collection. Depending on the reason for the return, a collection fee may be charged.

Once an order is received by the seller they will assess the product and process the refund. 

Please note Marketplace products can not be returned in-store.
