I would like to have an item collected from my house and refunded

An arrangement can be made with the store and the delivery partner to have your parcel collected.

We will put you in touch with the stores supply chain team where the item was bought, they will make contact with our delivery partner and they will provide a quotation for the cost of the pick up, once the product is in the store, a refund can be processed

The cost of the collection will be at the customers cost
