Normally there's no web account but the account is on our systems. More than likely you have registered in-store for loyalty card and the web account is non-existent.
Solution
You need to either re-register on the web or you give us required info and we
can set it up quickly for you. When re-registering with a new account, if your
original email address was captured, then please use an
alternate address. Or we assist in troubleshooting
Remember to check
- First Name:
- Last Name:
- Email Address (To be used when logging in):
- Main Contact Phone Number (Mobile or Landline):
- Address (Delivery & Invoice Address. Please include street number and name/suburb/city/province):
- Your Store Preference (Greenstone/Little Falls/Boksburg):
Tip: Keep a lookout on the email address you registered with for an email from our system to create a password for your account. (Password requirement applies)
